Bring the whole family to this great house with lots of room for fun. This has been my family home for almost 4 decades and our children were raised here. It has been entirely remodeled and upgraded most recently in 2019 with all new flooring, kitchen, kitchen appliances, and bathroom updates. Great corner lot, plenty of parking, high end appliances, and plenty of room to hang out! It’s a great place to hang out, entertain, or just visit the amenities of Denison The space This is a four bedroom three bath home. On the main level, there are three bedrooms, including a master with an en suite. The remaining two bedrooms will share a bathroom that is located just outside the bedroom doors. In the basement, there is a bedroom with egress access and a separate bathroom. You’ll need to walk through the basement living area to get to the bathroom. There are two patios, one on the front and one on the back with a huge fire pit, dining area, and grill. It’s great for hanging out and entertaining or just relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is truly spectacular. High-end Thermador appliances will make cooking a breeze. In addition, we have an inflatable king size mattress, and two pack and plays along with various games such as scrabble and cornhole and young kids toys. Lastly, the home comes with a two car garage that can be used as well. It sits on a huge corner lot in a very friendly neighborhood. Guest access Guess will have access to the entire home aside from a one car garage where we keep miscellaneous stuff. Other things to note The pictures show two living areas.
