This cozy older 2 bed 1 bath home has a front porch swing for relaxing, covered parking on site, and back deck for entertaining. The space A bright, clean, and modern space. This house is furnished with a queen bed in one room and a full in the other. The bedrooms share the full bathroom. The living room features a large comfortable couch and chair, with the Roku equipped flat-screen television, guests can get comfortable, relax, and unwind. There is an additional, small seating area in the living room near the front window. Please put a pin in the map on the wall for where you are visiting from! Out of country visitors, please sign our guest book. In the kitchen you'll find full-size appliances and everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee maker and coffee provided. 2 stools at the breakfast bar kitchen island, while the dining table seats 4. The back door to the deck and yard, where you’ll find a bench and tables. The perfect place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. There is space in the driveway for 3-5 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. There is ample street parking, please do not block cars or driveways. There is a single security camera outside for the safety of our guests, our neighbors, and ourselves. Guest access There is a locked supply cabinet in the laundry room. We also store various things in the laundry room like a leaf blower, push mower, etc. Otherwise, guests have full access to the home, yard, and laundry room. Other things to note We have a single exterior camera located at the front door. This is for the safety of our guests, ourselves, and our neighbors. Pets are welcome, but a one-time fee will be applied. Please notify us if you will be bringing your furry friend(s) prior to your stay. We do not accept same day bookings from guests with no reviews.
