Little Neighborhood Oasis, private entrance & bath

Cozy, quiet neighborhood. 1940's Colonial home. Private entrance + bathroom, 1 comfortable single bed, large couch, work/eat area, toaster oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, driveway parking. We live in the house. You might hear us a bit. Path to river/woods. Fire pit, outdoor dining. 3 min walk: pub, diner, convenience store. 10 min drive: Mt Creek, Crystal Springs Resort, Appalachian Trail, bars, shops. Xtra Fees: pet, add guests, laundry, sauna, or kitchen. The space Two adjoining rooms with a curtain between them. Private entrance, bathroom, and dining area. One twin memory foam and one queen Serta iComfort mattress beds. Blow up mattresses are available upon request, one twin and/or one queen. We are located on a quiet street on 2 acres with a very large yard and conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants and only a few minutes drive to grocery stores, etc. Guest access Private entrance door on the side of the house off the driveway on the little white deck. Other things to note -When you make a reservation, you have agreed to all information provided in our description -Pets/service animals are not permitted in the space unattended and must be stated in your reservation. -Roku -Quiet air conditioner, space heater, small fan -No Kitchen (we offer a kettle, toaster oven, microwave, mini refrigerator. The only sink is in the bathroom.) -Plates, cups, cutlery, bowls, etc. -Extra blankets -Mattress covers -Plenty of clothing storage -Curtain between spaces for privacy -Towels/wash clothes -Toiletries -Bedside tables w/reading lamps -No smoking inside or on our property. Feel free to take a lovely stroll down the street to have a smoke. This house is surrounded by farmlands and woods therefore, we may have insects and wildlife on the property. While we take precautions like regular pest control, it is common to see insects like ants, shield bugs, lady bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, ticks, carpenter bees, yellow jackets, flies, etc. which can be prevalent in this area depending on the season. We also have rare sightings of wildlife like deer, raccoon, gopher, chipmunks, squirrels, opossum, wild turkey, field mice, blue heron, frogs, snakes, bears, etc. While they will usually come and go, we just ask that you be aware of your surroundings. On occasion, local insects might get into the house. Please let us know if you find ants, lady bugs, shield bugs, etc. in the room. Alcohol Policy: under 21 years of age, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises unless the person who booked the room is over 21 and is responsible. Failure to comply with this rule can result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and potential additional charges.
