Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process. ** A signed lease is REQUIRED for booking ** The space Property is managed by Century 21 Gilmartin & Company, Cape May. **PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE LISTING** for important details about your rental and helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, etc. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. We can not offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Saturday-Saturday June-August 7 night minimum AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags - oil, salt & pepper - keurig coffee maker - washer/dryer - parking for up to two cars - gas grill - outdoor dining & lounge chairs SUPPLIES NOT PROVIDED Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee ( some guests may leave unused supplies behind as a courtesy) Bed sheets, Bath towels, Beach towels NOT provided SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms. The second floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed . Third bedroom has double bed and Fourth bedroom has two single beds. There are three full bathrooms. and one half bath. ENTERTAINMENT There is a large television in the family room and in the master bedroom streaming capability. High speed internet. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave! BEACH There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. You will need to purchase beach tags. OUTDOORS There is an association community pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. COMMUNICATION Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide.
