By booking this home, you agree to all rules below. No exceptions. ⸻ ⚠️ STRICT HOUSE RULES 👥 Occupancy & Guests (ENFORCED) • ALL guests must be listed on the reservation — NO EXCEPTIONS. • No unregistered visitors, guests, gatherings, or events at any time. • All individuals on the property must be paid and registered guests. • Fees apply to every guest listed on the booking. • Maximum of 4 vehicles total on the property — NO EXCEPTIONS. Dog Requirements (STRICT) • Maximum weight: 20 pounds • NO CRATE = NO STAY • Guests must provide their own crate • Dogs must be crated and monitored at all times indoors • Dogs must be leashed at all times outdoors • Dogs may never roam freely on the property Guest Responsibility • Guests are 100% liable for ALL damages caused by their approved dog — no exceptions. • Guests must bring and use dog cleaning supplies for any accidents. • Dogs must be closely monitored at all times, as gardeners, maintenance staff, and pool cleaners may access the property on scheduled days. Our maximum is 2 dogs. Guests are asked to complete and sign a copy of our Dog Agreement (contract). Dog shot records need to be sent prior to arrival and we will make the call if they will be ok to come via email. We will send prior to arrival for signature. The door code will be given once signed. We have several restrictions - no puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered (less likely to mark, to be aggressive, to roam, often are calmer, etc.), dogs must be well behaved on leash, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors. All dogs while inside the home must be in a crate, which you provide and can be stored in the laundry room. The dogs cannot be over 20 pounds in size, no exception. No unapproved guest, if found the reservation will be cancelled. All guest are paid patrons on the property and can be removed if and house rule violations are observed. No refund will be granted. No exceptions. Theres no smoking on the property at any time. No more than 4 cars or trucks , and all automobiles are to be parked in driveway only.
