Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. **Guests of H302 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.
