Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Country house with Lots of space and views off a paved road. But also Just 30 minutes from Iowa City and U of I and events there. The space This is older home that was moved to this location. the older part of the house has southern yellow pine wood work. With living and cooking area with a 1/2 bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The basement is modern area with white painted wood and a new feel. A master bedroom, full bathroom and common area. Also washer and dryer in one room. Guest access The pool and ping pong table are in the machine on the north side of the house. This is not an exclusive area to guest, Generally will be available but in some circumstances this may also be denied to guest. the pool table is not free and guest should expect to pay 50 cents per game. We store some of our belongingings in the shed and expect that they are not moved or tapered with. If they happen to be in the way please contact us and we will decide at that point what we want to do. There are also chair and patio furniture in this building that can be used or provided upon request. Other things to note It is preferred that guest use the door on the south side of the house or the the door on the walk-out basement. Giving them the best place to remove shoes before the carpet.
