Dr. Milton Richardson owned this home from 1963-1989 during which time he, along with his brother, Tom and father Sam, also doctors, started the Minden Medical Center, just a short walk down the street! Dr. Milton’s granddaughter, Liz, now owns the home and is your Superhost! The space This house has 2 bedrooms downstairs with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 2 sharing jack and jill style bathrooms. These jack and jill bathrooms fo have locks for privacy. Downstairs includes a full chef’s kitchen, dining and living spaces. Great for family reunions or vacations! Guest access Guests have access to downstairs common spaces which include the expansive foyer, living room, parlor and dining room as well as the kitchen and breakfast rooms. Guests renting entire house also have access to front, back and side entries. Other things to note Please note the upstairs bedrooms have Jack and Jill style shared bathrooms. These bathroom doors do have locks for privacy while bathrooms are in use. Great for families!
