Welcome to Kinnick Corner! Conveniently located in the shadow of Kinnick Stadium at the intersection of Melrose and Golfview, just a five-minute walk from UIHC. The 4BR/3BA plus two queen-size pull-outs ensure plenty of space for a quiet respite or a game-day weekend unrivaled in the Big 10. Guests have access to the whole house and five driveway parking spots. During football season, the attached Hawk Garage may be added to your reservation for tailgating for an additional fee. The space Kinnick Corner greets you with a beautifully updated family room/dining room, an open-concept living area, and a smart TV for your game watch. Four bedrooms offer plenty of space for your group, with three queen-size beds, two twin beds, a full/queen conversion couch in the primary bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The upstairs bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the main floor features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A newly installed bathroom with a shower is in the unfinished basement. The property features an attached garage that is not accessible from the house. It has been converted for tailgating and is available for your group at an additional rate of $500 during Iowa football home games. Please indicate if you are interested in reserving the Hawk Garage during the reservation process. PARKING: Guests will have access to up to five driveway parking spots (two tandem rows). 1-hour street parking is also available but is not allowed on Iowa football home game days. HAWKEYE FOOTBALL HOME GAME RULES: Kinnick Corner is on the same side of the street as Kinnick Stadium and is less than a five-minute walk away. During Iowa football home games, this is one of the busiest tailgating and pedestrian traffic corners in Iowa City, so please plan your stay accordingly. On home football game days, the owners have reserved the entire yard (front and back) for paid parking guests. Please only park in the driveway reserved for you with this booking. The owners may access the basement through a separate, private entrance but will not enter the main house at any time during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the house and the driveway. The Hawk Garage is not accessible from the house, but it can be added to your booking upon request.
