Spacious & cozy near beach

This is a comfortable, simply furnished three bedroom, two bath one mile to Craigville beach, half a mile to Four Seas nice cream! Bedrooms have two queens and two twins. WiFi/ smart tv. Spacious kitchen and separate dining room. The space There is a queen in the master, a second queen and a third bedroom with two twins. The living room has a 65 inch flatscreen TV, there’s wireless Internet and mini split ACs in the living room, which take care of the main floor and also in the master bedroom. Guest access Guess have an entrance in the front of the house although generally our guests park in the backyard and enter through the back door. Other things to note This is a two family house, we are renting the main level with entrances in the front and the back. There is a separate apartment on the second floor rented to a year-round tenant who is quiet and keeps to himself. There is no connection between the two units, each is completely private.
