Hot tub vacation house!

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Stay home and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen, or head to the beach or nearby Asbury Park for restaurants, nightlife, and a great boardwalk! The 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 14 (7 adults + any number of kids) people, more if you use couches and air beds! The space Booking for Summer 2026 - currently, we are only booking 5 night minimum stays, checking in Tues-Fri. No check-ins Sat-Mon. This may change as we plan our own summer stays and travel and we will update accordingly. Send your request and we can discuss! Pool is OPEN - it's heated! The backyard is an absolute DREAM, with an outdoor kitchen, gorgeous pool, and hot tub! You and your family and friends will love it here as much as we do! The pool has several ledges and shelves for comfortable lounging, is 5' at the deepest part, and has two large cantilevered umbrellas that can be opened to provide shade. We also have lots of fun floats and noodles! Lots of towels provided. Please do not bring glass outside, but there are lots of plastic cups for your use. The house has 4 bedrooms containing a total of 14 beds, plus pull-out couches and space for air beds (we’ve comfortably fit 18 adults). Each bedroom has its own bath as well as a powder room downstairs. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a super comfy Queen pullout sofa. The guest room has a large King. The "bunk room" sleeps 6 - two bunk beds with Queen on the bottom and twin on top. The office has a twin day bed that can pull out to a comfy king OR be split into two separate twin beds. The house also has a queen and twin air bed, and another pull out couch in the downstairs den. The closet in the bunk room has been converted to a small nursery (with window) and there is a pack and play for your use. There are two living rooms - one connected to the large kitchen, and one larger one that's great for hanging out, with an expandable dining table, bar, dartboard, and PIANO! If you decide to head out, the house has 5 beach cruiser bicycles for your use (with helmets!). We also provide four season passes for Asbury Park beach, several beach chairs, beach canopy, and a small beach tent for kiddos. Right up the street is a shopping center with a large grocery store, liquor store, Dunkin, and a local handmade ice cream shop (MUST try!). The driveway fits 2-4 cars and there's ample street parking. Kitchen basics are all here - olive oil, salt and pepper, spices, ketchup, etc. because I hate when you rent a house for a few days and have to buy those things. Nice pots and pans and all cooking implements, too! The house is somewhat baby proofed - gates at the top and bottom of the stairs (unobtrusive if you only have adults!), optional child locks on the dangerous cabinets, and outlet covers). We also have a jogging stroller and high chair. We welcome your pets, but please note that two of the bedrooms are ANIMAL FREE (if you have a service animal, there are two other bedrooms available for your use, don't worry!). This is to keep these rooms free of animal dander for our allergic friends and guests. Also, we have cats of our own who are here when we're using the house ourselves, so if you are allergic please note that the house itself is not allergen free, just those two bedrooms. I am open to adding early check-in or late checkout depending on availability. As a frequent AirBnB guest I know it can be annoying to be up and out early when you'd like to leave at a different time. In summer, we may not be able to accommodate this if a guest is coming in right after you. Accessibility note: unfortunately, there is no way to enter the house without climbing a short flight of stairs, as it is raised slightly off the ground in case of flooding. We hope to have at least one ramp installed within the next year. Guest access The whole house and yard are yours! Other things to note FALL/WINTER WEEKENDS - late checkout on Sunday is generally available at no additional charge, early check-in can be also, just ask! SUMMER STAYS: We currently have a 5 night minimum from June - End of August, but are open to shorter requests if you reach out in May of 2026. No check-in/out on Sat/Sun, you must book the full weekend. Preferred check in Tues/Wed/Thurs with Mon & Fri as options some weeks. Try a Thurs-Thurs if you want to enjoy the whole weekend at the shore, it's better anyway! I am open to adding early check-in or late checkout depending on availability. As a frequent AirBnB guest I know it can be annoying to be up and out early when you'd like to leave at a different time. Please be sure to request this, otherwise normal 3 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out will apply.
