Just miles from Vermont as well! The space Breezy Acres is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house with a large great room, spacious kitchen, dining room, and a den/office/playroom. The office was used by my dad - Pulitzer Prize winning composer Lewis Spratlan - to write music for 30 years. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and is surrounded by a large private yard, fields, and woodland. The stars are as good as you’ll ever see with the Milky Way easily visible above the house on a clear night.
