Washer and dryer availability. Second living room and bedroom with queen size bed. Other things to note No electric car charging is allowed. There are available stations at the local Hy-Vee not far from the house. Message me if you are needing this and other arrangements can be made such as an agreement to pay for the increased energy cost. Any electric overuse that increases the monthly expected expense average is then expected to be paid for by the tenant.
