Great Downtown Location!

Our newly renovated (June 2024) home has all new EVERYTHING! New mattresses, appliances, furniture, bathrooms. Enjoy staying in the heart of downtown Marblehead where you can walk to everything and then come back to our cozy house to enjoy the back patio with fire pit and dining table or hang out in the kitchen / family room with the gas fireplace while watching a movie. The house gets great sunlight and has been updated with all new furnishings. The location is ideal for a Marblehead getaway The space With three bedrooms and two bathrooms this open concept house is great for gatherings. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, closet and desk area. The second queen bedroom is very small. The bed is only accessible on one side as it is built in. There is not a proper closet in this room but there are shelves and hooks with hangers for clothing. This room also has a flat screen TV and can be used as an extra viewing area for children. The third bedroom consists of two twins OR one king. Please let us know if you would like the room to be set up as a king otherwise, it will be set up as two twins. There is a front porch with two chairs for morning coffee and a back deck with a large outdoor sofa and dining table for six. There is a gas fire pit as well as a large Weber gas grill. The open kitchen family room has all new appliances, a table for six and a TV with gas fireplace below. Well behaved pets are welcome. Seaside Park is just around the corner and a great place to let your dog run or play a game of Pickle ball. Devereux Beach is a walk or a short drive (less than a mile) They have a fun restaurant there to allow for a full day at the beach. Marblehead is full of quaint shops and restaurants that are all walkable from our home. It's a great location to explore all. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
