This beautiful home gives you plenty of space and wonderful amenities. With four large bedrooms and 3 of which having an attached bathroom, this is an ideal spot for families or friends to stay. Nestled on a private 3 acres, you will find that this house’s charm and luxury extends to the outdoors as well. With an in ground pool, hot tub and plenty of yard space, there are many ways to enjoy this home and take in the Iowa countryside scenery. The pool is open May-September and the hot tub is available all year long. You will love the open and airy feel that comes with this house. With windows on all sides, the house is filled with natural light. The chef grade kitchen is a highlight. It is equipped with upgraded appliances as well as common kitchen household items that you may find yourself in need of during your stay. The large dining room has space to comfortably accommodate 10 around the table. The main floor also features a living/tv room with comfortable furniture, blankets and some privacy from the rest of the house. There is one bedroom on the main floor as well as a half bath right next door. Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms all with their own attached bathrooms. A balcony space attached to one of the bedrooms includes two twin beds. This makes for an ideal kids room. The upstairs also includes a cozy coffee and game nook which makes for a great other space where people can gather. In each bedroom you are surrounded by the views of the Iowa countryside. You will find that this home is warm, inviting and filled with charm and luxuries. The owners occupy a home on the property. It is joint to the guest house through the garage but has its own separate entrances on the opposite side of the guest house. There is a four car garage. Two spots, closest to the owners side of the property and will not be available.
