Welcome to Sur La Mer, centrally located North Cape May bayside property featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & a queen pull out couch. The property comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests (8 adults, 3 kids) in beds, making it the perfect spot for your stay in Cape May. Each queen bedroom has as a twin size trundle bed that is stowed under the queen bed. If noted as a 4 bedroom on a booking channel, the 4th bed is the pull out couch in the living room. The space Sur La Mer's HEATED POOL will be available for use opening for use every Easter weekend remaining open through Thanksgiving. The backyard picnic, grilling areas are for use all year along with the 2nd floor patio and the rear deck are available for use during this time. All linens and bath towels are included in the nightly price. There are (6) beach chairs & (1) umbrella available for use along with beach bicycles, upon request. We DO NOT provide pool towels or beach towels for guest use as part of the cleaning fees. Use of bath towels for pool or beach use is strictly prohibited. There are also (6) Cape May Beach- tags available for use on the Cape May beaches. Starter paper towels, tissues, trash bags and toilet paper are included along with starter dishwasher, sink & hand soaps. Guests are responsible to provide for all consumable items listed above. Rental periods are a minimum of 3 nights, minimum age is 25 years old. Off street parking can accommodate 3 vehicles in the driveway. At no time should guests have more than 3 vehicles at the property or adjoining street to minimize congestion with neighbors. No street parking is allowed in front of the house. No more than 8 adults are permitted to stay, if any additional guests stay, they need to be 17 years or younger, up to a maximum of 11 total. The (3) queen bedrooms are changed over for each stay, if trundle beds or pull out couch are to be utilized, there are additional per/guest charges for the additional towels and linens. All guests are required to sign the host rental agreement and are also required to charge the 7 day hold on the charge for the security deposit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, backyard/pool areas & driveway. This is a single family home and is not sharded with any other properties. Other things to note If booking cancellations are made after the reservation is confirmed at 6% cancellation fee will be accessed and charged reducing the total refund amount returned. Guests are responsible for the daily maintenance of the property and pool including but not limited to, cleaning of pool with net, properly rinsing before pool entry to prevent sand getting into the water. Placement of trash and recycling into the cans, relocation of the cans to the street on the scheduled pickup nights. Guests are required to strip all beds, and place all soiled towels and linens in the laundry area prior to departure. Guests are required to leave the house in an organized & clean condition.
