The landscaped yard blooms throughout the seasons. This is a completely smoke-free property, indoors and out, to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. The space Open concept kitchen, living room, sunroom. Spacious upstairs bedroom with a "Split King" bed and bathroom with double vanities and large walk-in shower. Picturesque views of scenic landscape from all rooms through large glass windows. Dog friendly (but "dogs only"). Downstairs 2nd bedroom with living room, library and bathroom. Walkout into the backyard to enjoy the patios and stone furniture. Find secluded patios with stone furniture as well as a garden cottage for a private escape. Pullout queen sofa in living room provides sleeping for 6 people. In the primary bedroom, this king bed is called a "split king" and offers several advantages, particularly for older couples. It consists of two twin XL mattresses side by side, that exactly fit the king bed platform, providing individual comfort for each partner. Couples can toss and turn, pull on the blankets, etc. without affecting the other's sleep. A split king is designed as a cohesive unit with a single foundation, ensuring minimal gap between the mattresses. This setup avoids the common problem of a noticeable dip or separation where two separate mattresses meet, which can be uncomfortable or cause partners to roll into each other. We first saw this king bed configuration to be very popular in upscale European hotels and loved it - so we put it in our bedroom. My wife and I are very different sizes and find that with the separate mattresses, she's not getting thrown around whenever I roll around. But, if you're looking for a standard king bed, then the split king will not meet your criteria. Guest access The entire property, home and garden cottage is available to the guests. The garage and carport are not available. There is plenty of parking on the driveways. Other things to note Two Tesla Level 2 Chargers are available in the garage for an additional charge! Cleaning services are available for stays longer than a week.
