No parties, no loud music, no smoking and no pets. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. All guests must be on the reservation, after 4 it is $60 extra. Check-in at 3:00 pm/ check-out at 10:00 am Any damage to the property will be charged. The space It's on the first floor of the house, and it has a private side entrance. The host family lives upstairs. There are no shared services. Guest access Guests will receive an access code for the outside entrance door, and a key for the inside entrance door. Other things to note The patio is forbidden, please respect this as it is private property. Parking at the entrance to the garages is also prohibited.
