The Osterville Room A newly renovated space, our rentals our attached to the Portside Tavern in Hyannis. Conveniently located in downtown, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer! The bars, restaurants and shops are a stone's throw away, one is literally attached to the building! The ferries and the beach are not much further than that. Our spaces here are named after the seven villages in Barnstable, and offer self-check in and out and more privacy than a hotel. The space The Osterville room is a spacious two floor suite with 1 bedroom with Full bathroom, kitchen, and pullout couch. This room is on the second floor and is up a flight of stairs. Beach chairs, beach games, goggles and other gear for the beach are available for use! Dine at the family-owned family run restaurant and bar connected to our rental! One mile to the beach and ferries/marina. A stone's throw to downtown Hyannis walking and shopping Guest access You will have full time access to your own full apartment with off street parking and key code entrances Other things to note When you’re done spending the day in the sun or shopping along Main Street, enjoy dinner right on property at the Portside Tavern–a local favorite, serving upscale bar food, fresh seafood, popular south shore style pizza, and more. Try one of the 18+ local beers on tap, watch a game on the 96” projection screen or sit outside by the firepits.
