No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm in or outside the unit. ✅The person who uses their Airbnb account to make the reservation must be present during the stay or reservation will be cancelled immediately per Airbnb’s 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund. ✅You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID may be required to confirm the reservation. ✅No cryptomining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity.
