The space This is an oceanfront condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area. Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road. There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo. Guest access As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street. Your reservation includes a mandatory, non-refundable Property Care and Risk Mitigation Fee of $45.00, which is included in the total price shown at booking. This fee is not insurance, not a damage waiver, and does not cover, protect, or reimburse you for any damage, loss, or theft. You remain fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning arising from your stay or that of your guests or invitees.
