The first floor is for separate guests, and Unit 2 which includes the entire 2nd and 3rd floors is exclusively yours. The only shared space is the laundry room located in the basement, which is accessible to both units. Other than that, everything in your unit is completely private. Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed space featuring modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the home through a private entrance. The space includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. You'll also have access to 2 dedicated parking spots, making your stay convenient and stress-free. washer and dryer are available in the basement for your convenience, please note: Guests in Unit #2 should use the dark gray Maytag washer and dryer located in the basement. The white washer and dryer are reserved for Unit #1 guests only. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment for everyone, please keep the following guidelines in mind: No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a serene atmosphere for all residents in the house. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the balcony. An additional cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated. Registered Guests Only: For safety and security, only the guests included in the booking are permitted to stay in the house. No visitors or unregistered individuals are allowed. Please respect shared spaces such as laundry facilities. Avoid loud noises and be mindful of neighbors at all times. No smoking: This is a smoke-free unit. A $1,000 fee will apply if any smoking occurs in the house.
