"Hale Malu" is a single-story cottage, ensuring easy accessibility and shares no walls with neighbors, guaranteeing you the privacy and serenity you crave. The cottage's layout is thoughtfully designed, with the primary suite occupying the right side of the property, while the other two suites are conveniently located on the left - each bedroom with its own en-suite full bathroom. The chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and savor the Big Island's unique ingredients. Our living room is intentionally TV-free, designed to encourage gatherings and meaningful conversations. Each of the three suites comes equipped with their own TVs, and two of them even offer dedicated workspaces for those guests who need to balance business with pleasure. The cottage has two private backyard garden lanais. The main lanai has a dining table for outdoor meals, a comfortable sitting area, and a propane BBQ. The private primary suite lanai offers a cozy sitting area where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with your favorite beverage. The incredible 2-acre Recreational Center is only steps away and includes: - Quiet area for those seeking solitude - lap pool for those looking to stay active - Ohana pool - large lagoon-style family pool for fun-filled days - kids pool for the little ones - two soothing hot tubs for complete relaxation - large lawn area - exercise room Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, mini wine fridge, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club for a weekly fee, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale.
