Enjoy the convenience and safety of being Oceanside and not having to worry about having to cross the Boulevard to get to your own private access beach! 2,450 sqft immaculate reverse living style townhome w/ 4 levels (Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) plus a rooftop deck offering views from the beach to the bay, plus 2 covered patios and an outdoor shower and plenty of parking. The space We are Friday to Friday in the summer season (mid-June to Labor Day). All other times, you can arrive/leave any day you desire. We hope you like our new home (purchased in December 2019). We tried to provide everything we would want in a vacation home. We have a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. If there is anything you want to make sure is there, let us know before you arrive and we can talk. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. We have repeat renters with allergies, and it is cost prohibitive to do a thorough pet clean so follow-on guests can also enjoy their vacation. We provide a starter set of disposable products (TP, paper towels, hand/dish/laundry soap, etc) , usually enough to get through your stay. Guest access Note that this is a duplex and you are renting the entire East Unit (right side in picture; closest to beach, furthest from road). AirBnB does not have a 'duplex' option. Other things to note We are a Friday to Friday rental from June 16 thru September 1. AirBnB may not give you an error, but will not let you book any day but Friday arrivals and departures during that period. Beach Tags (8) are provided in season. Worried about social distancing? The beach is only accessible by the houses on our street and there will be plenty of room to spread out! Additionally, we are following all CDC recommended cleaning procedures between rentals. We have also purchased and installed Molekule Air Purifiers as additional insurance to prevent the spread of the virus.
