Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Parking Parking is available for up to two vehicles only. Large SUVs or trucks will fit tightly; please plan accordingly. No more than two vehicles are permitted at any time. No street parking. Other things to note Parking is limited to two vehicles only. Guests who choose to use the lake do so at their own risk and agree to hold the host and co-host harmless for any lake-related activities. No pets permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation through Airbnb. No indoor smoking, vaping, THC, or drug use. The home is equipped with smoke/vape detection devices. A remediation fee will apply for any violation. Trash & Disposal: All trash must be bagged and taken to the community dumpsters. From the driveway, make a left, continue straight, and approximately six houses up on the left you will see four large green dumpsters. Please dispose of all trash there. Check-in and check-out times are firm due to professional cleaning schedules. Late check-outs may result in additional fees. **Wifi router/driveway camera/vape detector are to stay plugged in, this is a mandatory requirement of our homeowners insurance, if unplugged we will ask once to please plug it back in, after that we have to dispatch a contractor who charges $250 for the service call to come plug it back in**
