Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college. The space This is a studio apartment that is located in Marion MA on Rt 6. The apartment is less than a mile from town beach and beautiful Marion Village. The Apartment has its own private entrance and off street parking. The entire back yard is fenced off and includes an above ground pool. The apartment includes a queen bed and pull out sofa to sleep up to 3 guest. A stocked kitchenette as well as a full bath can make it a great get away for a week. The apartment is decorated in a nautical theme. There is a small balcony in which guest can enjoy a cocktail and a smoke in a lazy summer evening. The apartment has it own entrance that is separated from the house. There are fresh linen provided as well as an extra set in the closet. The kitchen does not have a stove/oven, but includes a hot plates, a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked will pots and pans a set of dishes and the basic kitchen utensils. Guest access The side yard, Off Street Parking Other things to note We do have dogs on the property. The side yard serves as a working area for my husband's business. Sometimes there is a repair / maintenance project going on. We try and keep the area to the side door free of clutter,
