Enter our "Happy Escape" through the front door and walk up the foyer stairs to a commanding view of the landscaped front yard, or exit through the kitchen to a large private wooden deck with grill station for family BBQ's or quiet moments surrounded by nature. Interior features include refinished hardwood floors and plank flooring in the gorgeous new kitchen and full bath. Both feature Craftsman cabinetry. An inviting master bedroom has a queen size bed and rattan furniture. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, and bedroom 3, a dual space, offers a queen-size convertible futon and writing desk. Washer/dryer in basement with utility sink and toilet. Crushed stone driveway offers plenty of parking. Guest access Guest Access through lock box on front door of Happy Escape. Code provided at check-in. Other things to note This is a SMOKE-FREE home. No smoking or vaping inside Happy Escape. Enjoy the newly completed Sandwich boardwalk, Town Neck Beach, Sandy Neck Beach, East Sandwich Beach, Scussett Beach State Reservation, Cape Cod National Seashore, and the Town of Sandwich, oldest on The Cape. Non-resident beach fees: purchase pass with gate attendant - $20 daily/$50 weekly. After 4 PM, no pass required.
