The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the White Guest House, including the king bedroom, seating area, and renovated bathroom. Enjoy shared access to the landscaped courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street.
