The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the Bolden Guest House, including the bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The shared porch outside your door and the private, gated courtyard are available for your enjoyment. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street.
