With access to the shared landscaped courtyard and a location just steps from the French Quarter, the Mayfield Guest House is an ideal home base for your New Orleans adventure. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the Mayfield Guest House, including the king bedroom, attached living room, and renovated bathroom. Guests have additional shared access to the landscaped courtyard. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street. Overnight parking is $25 per car per night; different rates apply outside overnight hours.
