The Crescent Trio at Louis Park Hotel is a gated retreat steps from the French Quarter. With 3 guest houses, 4 bedrooms and 5 real beds (plus 3 sleeper sofas) it sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for reunions, weddings, corporate and special events. Walk easily to New Orleans’ vibrant music, dining, and cultural landmarks, then return to lush courtyards, gated parking, and modern comfort infused with authentic charm. The space The Connick Guest House accommodates six guests with two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Its Jack-and-Jill bathroom and courtyard access offer convenience and comfort. The Kermit Guest House is ideal for up to four guests, featuring a king bedroom, a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and 11-foot ceilings. With elegant finishes and access to the courtyard, it’s a stylish choice. The Fountain Guest House accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom offering two queen beds and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and courtyard access ensures a comfortable stay. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the Connick, Fountain, and Kermit Guest Houses. Guests have additional shared access to the landscaped courtyard. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street.
