The Crescent Trio at Louis Park Hotel is a gated retreat steps from the French Quarter. With 3 guest houses, 4 bedrooms and 5 real beds (plus 3 sleeper sofas) it sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for reunions, weddings, corporate and special events. The space The Connick Guest House accommodates six guests with two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Its Jack-and-Jill bathroom and courtyard access offer convenience and comfort. The Kermit Guest House is ideal for up to four guests, featuring a king bedroom, a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and 11-foot ceilings. With elegant finishes and access to the courtyard, it’s a stylish choice. The Fountain Guest House accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom offering two queen beds and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and courtyard access ensures a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have private access to the Connick, Fountain, and Kermit Guest Houses. Guests have additional shared access to the landscaped courtyard and The Commons kitchen and lobby. Limited parking spaces within our secure lot are available for reservation at a cost of $25 per car per night. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street. Other things to note Guests reserving the Crescent Trio will enjoy private access to the three guest houses and shared access to the landscaped courtyard and The Commons kitchen and lobby.
