The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the Kermit Guest House, including the king bedroom, living room, and full bathroom. Shared access to the gated compound’s tranquil outdoor spaces is also included. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Parking is a gated 8-car lot shared across the property. Spaces are limited and filled first come, first served. Overnight parking is $25 per car per night; different rates apply outside overnight hours.
