The space The Marsalis Guest House offers an elegant, two-bedroom retreat with grand 11’ ceilings, crown molding, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private gallery-style porch, and attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The second bedroom provides two queen beds, perfect for families or groups. The bathroom includes a chandelier-lit Jacuzzi-style tub, and the compact kitchen adds convenience. With direct access to a shared patio and located just steps from the French Quarter, the Marsalis Guest House combines historic charm with modern amenities. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the Marsalis Guest House, including both bedrooms, the living room, bathroom, compact kitchen, and gallery-style porch. Guests have additional access to the landscaped courtyard. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Parking is a gated 8-car lot shared across the property. Spaces are limited and filled first come, first served. Overnight parking is $25 per car per night; different rates apply outside overnight hours.
