The space The King Oliver Guest House accommodates up to four guests with one king bedroom and an attached living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa. Highlights include exposed brick walls and beams, a full bathroom walk-in shower, and direct access to the landscaped courtyard. The Bolden Guest House offers space for up to four guests with a king bedroom and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Its exposed brick construction, renovated bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower, and proximity to outdoor seating make it a charming choice. The White Guest House is a serene retreat for two guests, offering a king bedroom with blackout curtains, a cozy seating area, and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests can relax in the landscaped courtyard just outside the door. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the three guest houses in the Royal Trio - the White, Bolden, and King Oliver Guest Houses - including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. Guests have additional shared access to the landscaped courtyard. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Parking is a gated 8-car lot shared across the property. Spaces are limited and filled first come, first served.
