The Bolden Guest House offers space for up to four guests with a king bedroom and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Its exposed brick construction, renovated bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower, and proximity to outdoor seating make it a charming choice. The White Guest House is a serene retreat for two guests, offering a king bedroom with blackout curtains, a cozy seating area, and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests can relax in the landscaped courtyard just outside the door. Guest access Guests have private access to the three guest houses in the Royal Trio, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. Guests have additional shared access to the landscaped courtyard and The Commons kitchen and lobby. Limited parking spaces within our secure lot are available for reservation at a cost of $20 per car per night. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street.
