In fall 2026 The Commons opens as our on-site bar and restaurant. The space The Al Hirt Guest House sleeps up to eight guests in two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. A full bathroom with a bathtub is accessed through the second bedroom. Al Hirt opens directly onto The Commons, which becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026. The Commons is under construction until then and is not available to guests in the meantime. The King Oliver Guest House accommodates up to four guests with one king bedroom and an attached living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa. Highlights include exposed brick walls and beams, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the landscaped courtyard. The Bolden Guest House offers space for up to four guests with a king bedroom and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Exposed brick construction, a renovated bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower, and direct access to the landscaped courtyard round out the space. The White Guest House is a serene retreat for two guests, offering a king bedroom with blackout curtains, a cozy seating area, and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests can relax in the landscaped courtyard just outside the door. The Mayfield Guest House is designed for up to four guests, featuring a king bedroom, an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a renovated bathroom with a modern shower. The Shorty Guest House sleeps four and includes a king bedroom and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The exposed historic beams, renovated bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower make this guest house a cozy option. The Connick Guest House accommodates six guests with two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Its Jack-and-Jill bathroom and courtyard access offer convenience and comfort. The Kermit Guest House is ideal for up to four guests, featuring a king bedroom, a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and 11-foot ceilings. Direct access to the courtyard complements the space. The Fountain Guest House accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom offering two queen beds and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and courtyard access ensures a comfortable stay. The Marsalis Guest House offers accommodations for up to eight guests. It features a king bedroom with a private gallery-style porch, an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a second bedroom with two queen beds. With a full-size kitchen, a Jacuzzi-style tub, and 11-foot ceilings, it’s both luxurious and spacious. The Armstrong Guest House sleeps four guests in one king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the attached living room. It includes a compact kitchen, 11-foot ceilings, a Jacuzzi-style tub, and a private side gallery-style porch. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is in build-out now and not available to guests until it opens. Guest access Guests renting the entire property have exclusive use of all 11 guest houses and the landscaped courtyard. Gated on-site parking is an 8-car lot, filled first come, first served. Overnight parking is $25 per car per night; different rates apply outside overnight hours. Each guest house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with private bathrooms, premium linens, and thoughtful amenities. From fall 2026, The Commons operates as the hotel’s bar and restaurant and is open to the public during service hours.
