The spacious king bedroom features exposed beams and premium linens, while the living area with a queen sleeper sofa offers flexibility for small groups. The renovated bathroom includes a modern shower, bathtub, and premium Nexxus toiletries. With access to the landscaped courtyard and outdoor seating, and a prime location near the French Quarter, this guest house is a perfect home base for exploring New Orleans. The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the Shorty Guest House, including the king bedroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and renovated bathroom. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard and ample outdoor seating throughout the compound. Free parking spaces can be found on St. Philip Street, and metered parking spots can be found along Rampart Street.
