About Seaside Cottages Seaside Cottages offer the perfect blend of charm and convenience for your Cape Cod getaway. Ranging from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom cottages, these delightful retreats are nestled along the shores of Nantucket Sound in South Yarmouth. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach, where soft sand and gentle waves provide the ultimate relaxation. A shared charcoal grill and picnic table area create a welcoming space for outdoor meals and gatherings. While some cottages boast stunning water views, all are just steps away from the beach, ensuring you’re never far from the coastal beauty of Cape Cod. Other things to note This cottage is located across the street from all Seaside Cottage amenities. It is behind the office. You do have access to everything here including the community grill area and our private beach. This cottage is the only one with air conditioning. As the photos show, cottages are connected to each other with a shared wall. Some may have doors between them that will be locked at all times. All cottages are individually owned and guest requests to be transferred to a different cottage upon arrival can not be accommodated.
