It's centrally located, just a 3-minute walk to the subway, with an easy 6-8 minute ride to the World Trade Center and 18-25 minutes to Midtown Manhattan (33rd Street). The spacious, fully equipped room is perfect for work and exploring New York, Jersey City, and Hoboken, offering a clean, peaceful vibe. The space The room is situated at the rear of the ground level of the house and measures 13 x 13 feet, excluding the walk-in closet and full bathroom. It has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, a functional desk and chair with a study lamp, and a spacious TV console featuring a 40-inch screen. Guest access In addition to a separate entrance, guests can use the kitchen, washer and dryer, and the backyard garden. During your stay Guests have complete privacy in their own space, but I'm always available to assist with anything needed for a comfortable stay.
