Enjoy serene sunsets and quiet surroundings at this cozy getaway. Our property is home to a small herd of Nigerian dwarf goats, and chickens, who might come by to say hello. The space The cabin is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed, a table, chairs, and a chaise lounge that can double as a small child's bed. The standard kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans for preparing meals on the gas range. Food can be stored in the compact refrigerator, although freezer space is limited. The studio can be accessed through its own gated entrance and is surrounded by a private fenced yard. Essential amenities include a gas range, pots and pans, refrigerator, coffee maker, WiFi, Smart TV, and linens. The cabin offers hot and cold running water provided by a 15-gallon water heater, ensuring ample hot water for showers with quick heating times. The shower is conveniently located within the main living space. ***************Adjacent to the cabin is a detached washroom featuring a composting toilet and necessary bathroom essentials. Guests should note the use of a composting toilet, which substitutes water with sawdust and does not cause any odors. Like all other facilities, it is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between bookings. No toilet inside the cabin.*********** Guest access The cabin is situated within a rural development predominantly composed of 20-acre lots. As one of the original properties, it stands out as an oasis, enveloped by mature trees that contrast beautifully with the surrounding grassland. Guests can conveniently park beside the cabin and enter through the privately gated yard. It is advisable for guests to arrive during daylight hours to familiarize themselves with the landscape. Guests are welcome to explore the 6-acre property at their leisure. Other things to note Our private home on the property is secluded by fences and trees, ensuring your privacy. We also maintain a small orchard, garden, and care for goats and landscaping. While you'll have complete privacy, you may see us tending to tasks nearby. Feel free to interact and ask any questions, Our small herd of dwarf goats and chickens roam freely, except in your designated area. If you'd like to meet the goats, we can arrange a convenient time, or you can simply say hello over the fence or visit them in their field. A beehive is situated far from the living quarters, discreetly tucked away. While unobtrusive, guests with bee allergies should be mindful of their presence in the vicinity.
