Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am. Our cleaning team will enter house at 10AM on the day of check out. If you are not checked out on time, there will be a $200 charge. 2. Beach badges are provided (6). Badges not left at the time of check-out, will be charged $100 for each badge missing. 3. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, comforters, bath & towels, are provided. Beach towels are not provided. 4. Renters shall not be permitted to bring pets to the house under any circumstances. If Renters bring pet(s), this agreement will be forfeited, terminated and a deep cleaning fee of $500 will apply. 5. Renters shall not be permitted to smoke in the house including sunroom, under any circumstances. Renters understand that if smoking inside the premises, this agreement will be forfeited, terminated and a deep cleaning fee of $500 will apply. 6. Renters shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the house. The maximum occupancy is limited to eight (8 people). Events or house parties are not permitted and would be considered a breach of this Agreement which will then be forfeited, terminated. 7. Boats, wave runners, RV’s/campers, trailers or any commercial vehicles are not permitted on the premises. 8. Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house. 9. In the event of Renters’ breach of this Agreement, Owner or Owner’s representative(s) shall have the right to re-enter the house and remove all persons from the house, or to proceed by any action for the recovery of the possession thereof. Renters may be evicted or ejected summarily without prior notice and without recourse in the event of a breach of this Agreement. 10. Renters understand that the Owner’s insurance does not cover Renters’ personal property by loss by fire, theft or otherwise. 11. During occupancy, Renters shall maintain the house in good and sanitary condition and shall not make any alterations. Renters shall be responsible for any damage to furnishings or other personal property. In addition, Renters are not permitted to move or relocate furniture or fixtures. If they do an additional fee of $500 will apply. In order to book & hold the reservation, provide a valid driver's license for all 8 occupants received by owner within 48 hours of booking. By booking and paying for this reservation, you are declaring that you have a primary home address, the intention of your stay is transient only with no intention to establish a landlord/tenant relationship. This agreement is an owner and guest relationship.
