While the new BBQ grills are still under development, temporary grills have been set up and are available for guest use during the construction period. Annual Pool Maintenance: Sugar Beach pool is closed 2 weeks each September for repairs and maintenance. For 2025 the pool will be closed on 9/8/25 and is scheduled to re-open on 9/24/2025. During this time, the pool area—including the dry sauna—will be completely closed to ensure guest safety. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
