The unit has a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Close proximity to multiple beaches and dining options. This condo has an A/C system in the front room and ceiling fans throughout. In addition, there is a NEW bed with mattress and box spring in the bedroom. The couch has a queen size pull out bed that overlooks the ocean from the front room. The unit accommodates up to 4 individuals and is located on the 3rd floor of the complex. Perfect for a couple or family of 4 This outstanding one-bedroom, ocean view unit is located on the third floor of the fantastic Papakea Resort ('B' Building). Papakea Resort is a beautifully landscaped on 13 acres that includes: koi ponds, 2 swimming pools, 12 barbecues, 2 jacuzzies, 2 shuffleboards, 1 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts (currently under remodel), 2 putting greens, and many more extras. There are several fast casual eateries within walking distance across the street to the unit including food trucks and a full service grocery store, Times Market. Located next to ABC Market and several other local Hawaiian merchants. Beginning, June 2024, Papakea Resort is undergoing an interior renovation of the pipes. There will be a designated building under construction at any given time. Our building was completed in November 2024 so the noise is not in our part of the complex. The construction will take place during the morning and daytime. Guest access The Front Desk Lobby is open for check in and out from 6:00AM - 11:00PM. Guests needing to check in after 11:00PM can do so by calling the Security number posted on the front door. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the Security officer to arrive. If you are checking out before 6:00AM, please visit the front desk the night prior to complete your check out. Other things to note NEW: AS OF JULY 1, 2025, NO RESORT OR PARKING FEES You will also have a $50 hold put on your credit card for incidentals. If it is not used, your card will be refunded after your stay. Check in is at 3:00pm. If you arrive late after the reception desk is closed, you will call the phone number listed on the door and Security will assist you with check-in. Check-out is 11:00am. Please be mindful of the time as housekeeping will be coming to clean the unit after you leave. Please throw out any unused food in the fridge and/or freezer you do not need prior to check-out. The unit does not need to be cleaned, bed made, or towels washed prior to check-out; housekeeping will clean vacuum, wash and change out the linen before the next guest arrives. You will receive your confirmation number approximately 2-weeks prior to your stay. Please make sure to turn the A/C off when you have doors and windows open and when you leave for an excursion or meal. There is a shopping center across the street with a Times Market and several fast casual restaurants including food trucks within walking distance The ABC store is within walking distance, located through the parking lot gate. Due to large visitors to the island, you will want to get to the airport at least 2-hours prior to your flight time to insure you get through Baggage Check, Agriculture and Security.
