Location Highlights: - Located minutes walking from Boston University - A 25-minute walk to Dana Farber, Beth Israel, and Brigham Hospital. - A 14-minute drive to Mass General Hospital. - 7-minute walk to Amory MBTA Green line station or Saint-Paul station. - 1.9 miles away from Northeastern University The Apartment: - Two Bedroom apartment with a sectional sofa - 2x Queen size bed - Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. - 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Flexible self check-in process. - Laundry facilities available in the building (paid separately). Parking Information: - Paid parking is available. You can purchase a ticket via the machine in the lot. - We have no control over ticket prices and we don't control any towing. - Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging. Check-In Details: - Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation. - Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal. - Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute. Pets: - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - Emotional support animals are not allowed either. - You must declare a true service animal if you have one and you must have documentations. Additional Notes: - The apartment is located in a busy area, and street noise is common at all hours. - This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy. - For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,000 refundable security deposit is required. - We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking. - A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building. - This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
