Registration #3640 The space 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements Our home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with the following setup: • Bedroom – Features a queen-size bed with cozy linens. • Living Room – Both sofas pull out into queen-size beds, perfect for extra guests. 🚿 Bathroom Features Our modern bathroom is designed for both comfort and convenience, featuring: • Walk-in Shower – Spacious and easy to access, equipped with both a standard showerhead and a separate handheld showerhead for added flexibility. It also includes a fold-down seat/bench for added comfort and convenience. • Smart Toilet – Enjoy a high-tech experience with a built-in bidet, warm air dryer, automatic flush, and a foot-sensor-controlled lid for a hands-free experience. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. 🧺 Laundry Access For your convenience, the home includes a stacked full-size washer and dryer, available for you to use during your stay. Whether you need to freshen up beach towels, wash clothes, or clean other items, feel free to take advantage of this amenity. 🌅 Relax on the Deck Step outside and unwind on the spacious deck, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, soak in the fresh bay breeze, or relax after a day at the beach. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the bedroom, living areas, kitchen, bathroom, deck, and laundry facilities. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities provided! Access Note: Home is elevated—one flight of stairs is required to enter. 🚪 Restricted Areas For safety and maintenance reasons, the following areas are not accessible to guests: • Utility Closet in the Laundry Room – This space houses the water and heating utilities and must remain closed. • Basement – The area below the house is off-limits to guests.
