Our place has easy access to major highways including Rt 73, Rt 70, I-95, I-295 and Philadelphia We renovated this place completely and furnished with brand new furniture including mattresses for your comfort. The space The house is fully renovated with brand new kitchen including appliances and pots and pans. The house has wood flooring throughout the house. There are two spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The house is furnished with brand new furniture. We have 55 inch TV with dignity cable and WiFi service as well. Guest access Guest are allowed to use the entire house. Other things to note Absolutely No parties/events allowed at the property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM. Anyone who has a party at the property will be subjected to a fine of $500. - Any unintended guest/animal will be subjected to a fine of $300 per person per day - any unauthorized late check out will be subjected to $100 fine per hour - Any pets that shed hair extremely (all over bedsets) will be charged extra $100 cleaning fee. - Smoking INSIDE the house will be charged $200. - Any damage to the linens will be charged $50 each. - Any damage or make up on the white towels will be charge $25 each.
