On the bottom floor are two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with soft beds (one queen-size and one full-size) and charming décor. Up the stairs—please note they’re steep, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns— there is a bright living area. You’ll find a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining nook that seats everyone comfortably. A full kitchen equipped with modern appliances awaits your culinary creations. A full bathroom stocked with fresh towels completes the upstairs space. One of the property’s best features is the rooftop deck, offering partial ocean views and a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire carriage house, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and rooftop deck. Please note that the pool, backyard, and garage are off-limits and reserved for the owners. The garage is in use but we make every effort to avoid using it in the early AM and late PM hours so as not to disturb our guests. Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy the privacy of your own space throughout your stay! Other things to note Parking is available on the property next to the carriage house in a designated space. Please do not block the garage. No portable BBQs permitted.
