Guests use a private entrance to enter a comfortable living space with an open kitchen. Countertop dining on a beautiful peninsula seats up to four guests. The bedroom includes a futon and queen size bed overlooking a peaceful, quiet and private back yard while the living room offers additional sleeping with a pull out sofa bed. There is also ample storage with two large closets. WiFi is included. We provide linens, towels, shampoo/soap and detergent for the washer/dryer and dishwasher. As well as a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, keurig, tea kettle, coffee, tea, rice maker, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and a large refrigerator and stove. Guest access Guests have full access to the garden apt. All adjoining locations are prohibited including the patio. Other things to note Guests must be at least 24 yrs of age unless otherwise approved in advance. Please inquire about children when booking to confirm accommodation is possible. All guests must be included in the reservation and identities must be verified. Additional charge will be applied for unregistered guests.
