JC Grove Easy commute toNYC-JCMC

Pls send a message before booking. Convenient to the Grove St PATH (5 min walk) and JC Med Center (not HOB-JC banned). Short term stays are the focus for the room as this is a sublet. Room and restroom is private however a few of the permanent tenant's belongings are maintained in the room. Nice quiet street and blocks to everything needed on foot. Great for quick business trips as we're a quiet (non-party) bunch. Prefer quiet/drama free folks or consultants since it's a few night's stay. The space Yes, a no frills kind of place so book/understand accordingly - it's someone's home. Don't expect (or review for) a door-man highrise building/luxury/amenities. Expectations should be managed. Wood floors are old (not necessarily dirty) but original. So if youre a design/architecture buff you'll appreciate/understand. We're here to provide an accommodation for various purposes, not an 'experience', and the price reflects accordingly. Plenty of eateries, shops etc by foot. You’ll love the place because of the location. Great for solo adventurers, traveling consultants, or business travelers. Given our schedules and work environment, it will feel as if the place is all to your own! During your stay Ask away about the neighborhood and surroundings. As a long-time JC resident I won't steer you wrong! Other things to note Remember - the room is still maintained by the tenant. It's just free for use occasionally. Pics/description are pretty straight forward so there shouldn't be any surprises. This is someone's home that is choosing to open it up to other's for a reasonable price. Dont write a review or a judgement in the expectations of a bellman-hotel. We're offering accommodation for a different purpose - the opportunity for a great location, value, safety and quietness. Don't book otherwise - there are plenty of others who appreciate and value what we provide. Appreciate it!
