We’re artists and community-minded people who value openness and connection, so if you stay with us, please say hi! We genuinely like to get to know our guests and create a space that feels like home for everyone. You’ll often find music playing, conversations flowing, and art in progress in the living room. This is a social and expressive environment, not a silent retreat… we live here, work here, and enjoy life here. Sound & Atmosphere: The apartment is in an older building, which means sound travels easily. We do our best to be considerate about times, but please understand that the room is not soundproof, and you’ll likely hear us talking, cooking, or playing music (and sometimes the city itself). If you’re looking for a peaceful, creative home with real people living in it, this will feel warm and inspiring. But if you need total silence to rest or work, this may not be the right fit. Lifestyle: We are a 420-friendly household, and it’s part of our relaxed, creative lifestyle. If you’re uncomfortable with the smell of weed or an environment where people unwind with music and conversation, please do not stay with us since this is part of our living routine. Cats We share the apartment with two friendly cats, so if you’re allergic or not a fan of feline energy (or meows), this may not be the best match. Guest access Guests have full access to all shared spaces: the deck, backyard, bathroom, and living room. You’re welcome to use shared essentials like toilet paper, utensils, plates, cups. Please keep in mind that cooking is only reserved for residents, we all cook a lot and the kitchen is mostly in use. Please feel free to use the utensils and microwave if you need to heat something up, however full on cooking is not allowed. Please avoid using any personal items that belong to the residents, such as food, toiletries, computers, or instruments (unless you ask first!). If you’re ever unsure about what’s okay to use or want to join in on something creative, just ask, we’re happy to share when possible. During your stay We love getting to know our guests and creating a sense of community. We like to know who we’re sharing our home with, so please say hi when you arrive and whenever you see us around! You’ll often find us chatting, cooking, or just listening to music. If you need anything at all, you can always text or call me.. I’m happy to help. This is a friendly, social home, not a “keep-to-yourself” space.
