Wake up looking at Paradise. The studio's large French doors open up to a deck with beautiful ocean views and the saltwater pool and spa and an outdoor dining area (for cottage guests only). Enjoy a private little rooftop on top of the cottage with magnificent views. The cottage is in a very upscale and quiet neighborhood, and it is the ideal place of a serene and tranquil stay, This approx 250 sft. pool cottage studio features a fill en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. It also features a kitchenette with a small fridge, a coffee maker, a microwave, two cook plates, a private outside dining area with ocean views ( no range / oven). Dinner and cookware is made available. Sleep on a comfortable linen futon couch Bedding, linens and towels are made available. The studio has a flat screen Roku smart TV for you to enjoy your private streaming channels. Wifi is available. Enjoy the large saltwater pool and spa (heating fees apply) and lounge on your private lounger to relax in the sun. Beach chairs, umbrellas and paddle boards (located next to the main house in the front yard) are made available. This property only allows one guest to stay there, and no visitors allowed on the premises at any given time. The cottage was inspected and is approved for GEM and FEMA fire victims, and we offer it to them as a priority. Listing supports Maui Wildfire Survivors and Hawaii Rental Assistance Program. Guest access You access the cottage through a gray gate (with the white arbor), leading to the front yard of the main house, then walk along a private path on the left side of the main house to reach the separate pool cottage studio located right next to the lower pool deck. Gate code is 1511 ( in case it’s locked) but that gate stays unlocked. Call / text us if you have any questions. Other things to note Parking: You would park on the street (lots of parking available) across the large gray gates. Do not park on the same side of the gray gates / fence, as the gray gates swing open toward the street. If you need to open the driveway gates use code 1511. The gates lock after 2 minutes automatically. Do not drive in with the car, as you won’t get out. Thx. Trash: Trash is places in black/brown bin outside the grey gate. Collectors are Tuesday and Friday. Pls push bin toward street for pick up. Visitors: This property it’s only suited for ONE guest and it does NOT allow visitors due to insurance reasons. Waiver: Enter premises at own risk / agree to waive rights: Property pool is not fenced and area around the pool is slippery when wet.
